Hi, all: We have a family emergency and I want to un-launch 18 eBay items scheduled to start this Monday, the 3rd. Is there a way to do that in a lump, or do I need to go to each auction item and unlaunch it?

I hope everything turns out alright. I hate family emergencies. God Bless.

Our daughter in the Bay Area just gave birth to our first granddaughter (whoo hoo!). His parents, who live nearby, need him - his father is in intensive care, mother suffering short-term memory from the stress. Etc. Etc. We're going up to see the new baby plus lend a hand wherever the kids need help.

I hope all is well with Mom & baby. I remember when my Dad flew to Minneapolis to help wherever he could after the birth of his first grandchild -born to Neglus, months premature. She turned out such a wonderful girl/woman.

Our daughter and her new baby are doing very well, but things are chaotic for them, and we could tell on the phone that we were needed. The baby is beautiful and perfect, and her brother, who's 6, is being very helpful. He even brings our daughter lunch on a tray (always half a lime popsicle and some ice cream!).

Her husband is Japanese-American and one of the most wonderful men we've ever met. We're crazy about him. His parents were both in internment camps during WWII but have never been bitter about it. Great people.

How wonderful that you can help, give that sweet baby a kiss and yourself a big hug for being such a wonderful grandmother. I hope all goes well with all the family.
