I just got a message from a buyer wanting a free DVD. He says the case on the one I sent was busted up and he doesn't like the coverart on the front so he is going to give me a negative. Go ahead make my day. He is already on the block list.

At least you can neg him back. I wouldn't consider that retaliatory - would you?
Just wait until May or whenever it is that sellers will be eating negs for breakfast.

You could neg the buyer stating that he doesn't like the cover art. Then after they neg you back, file for mutual feedback removal.
