eBay has our attention and is willing to listen, so you have something to ask give it a shot. P & M accomplishes nothing.

I guess my main gripe is why are only powersellers the ones eligible for discounts for having nearly 5 stars and not everyone. Frankly the non-power sellers have traditionally been much better to deal with and usually will give much more personalized service.
My guess eBay already knows this and won't be giving many discounts.

Stone I take offence. As a powerseller I work VERY hard on all of the DSR categories. It has always been and is now very important to me that my buyers are happy. I pray they bookmark my sales and come back for more. I care about service as a seller as much as I expect it as a buyer.
Stars-feedback are nothing really. $$ is the reason for and my bottom line for demanding good service for and of myself.

I'm with Boswell.
The powersellers aren't going to get the discounts anyway. Soon nobody will have good enough stars.

I'm also a powerseller who tries to give the best service possible.
But I don't see why it's fair to give powersellers discounts that non-powersellers don't get.
