Do you explain to a person why you blocked them?
I received several emails .. asking will you lower the price, will you lower S/H. I answered saying- No.
I blocked the person after checking her feedback she left for others -- many complaining S/H too high, or item not worth price, etc.
Now I am getting -
Could you please let me know why you will not allow me to bid on your items?

Personally, I would explain, they could turn out to be good buyers. That is not a reason I would block a buyer, I usually just refuse to lower my prices/shipping, but the person still bids. I guess some people feel "it's worth a try"

I would probably ignore her but I have little or no patience for people who require high maintenance before they even place a bid. I assume it will only get worse.
Does she leave neuts and negs or just picky positives?

Trouble is, even if you explain--but still let her bid and then charge what she considers too-high shipping, you still run the risk of a neg.
I'd explain. . . but I'd still block her. She needs to know that people do check the feedback she leaves. . . .
