I installed a new HP C5280 printer and now I can't print domestic postage labels in PayPal. International is fine. For US, I get "SAMPLE" postage whether I click on Sample or Print Postage button.

Any ideas on what the problem could be?

Any help would be appreciated.

Henry...I use STAMPS...but I looked at PAYPAL postage and I don't see anywhere that installing a new printer would affect the postage. You sure it isn't just something simple like ounces, packages, service type, weight, etc.

Why not ask Paypal?
Have you tried reinstalling Java?

I did email PayPal. They said to disable the HP Smart Web Printing function. That solved the problem. Thanks to all that responded to my post.
