We have this photo of old Idyllwild (our village), which my husband wants to use in his upcoming book. Any idea of the make and year of this auto? Thanks in advance. ~Adele

I am pretty sure it was made in the 'teens but have no idea about the make.

With that rear window this looks very much like a 1910 Buick but can't be certain.

Thanks, you two. I'll bump this up to see if there's anyone else with an opinion. We know it was around the turn of the century, and that's all we know as of now.

Roadsmith, do you have a flickr membership? I put some photos of old cars in one of the transportation groups and they were able to give me make and model of a really obscure brand.

Dad! Where've you been?! People have been asking for you.

Thanks to everyone, we have the date pretty much nailed down now, and that was the most important piece. Appreciate your help! Adele

Hi Road!
I've been around.
But mostly for the last 5 months my wife and I have been moving.
We sold our place in N.J. and moved to TN.
Should have done it years ago!

You've been so helpful to so many of us over the years, and suddenly you weren't around. We don't want to lose any more pals here, y'know. And congratulations on moving to Tennessee. We have several acquaintances who have moved there not too long ago, and they all love the state. ~Adele

Edited for a (gasp) spelling error.
