Hi, I have'nt listed in a while, but put a few things up over the past 2 weeks.
I noticed when I search my items, there's no shipping cost listed. It says "see item description". My listings used to show a calculated shipping amount during searches.
Also, when you pull up a specific itme, no shipping cost is shown there either.
My listings used to show shipping right on top of the page under "shipping costs".
I checked my vendio and ebay preferences and it shows that the calculator is activated, so it should be showing accurate shipping.
I emailed ebay 3 days ago and still have;nt gotten a response.
Can anyone here help? TIA!

Wish I could be of more help to you. My rule of thumb is to clear my cache and cookies, then try again. I had a glitchy thing recently with Vendio, and I took the moderator's suggestion. Worked!

Did you list through Vendio? If so, you may need to change your shipping preferences in the account area.
If you listed through eBay or Turbolister, same thing, you need to check your selling preferences. Unless it is a glitch of which there seem to be many right now on eBay.

I list through vendio.
I have all of my preferences (ebay, global, shipping) set to display calculator, but it does'nt appear anywhere.
Also have cleared my cache and cookies and nada.
Any ideas?

Have you been rotated to the new page? I think I remember hearing that shipping is under a 'tab' with the new page, which sucks if it is true.

Well I think at this point, I would go to the Vendio board and post it there and hope that Nathan or Chris can look at one of the items and help you out.
