Check out this auction 360073924343 Seller is from India. Do the excessive shipping rules apply on another country's eBay site?

Answered my own question, I reported it, and it has been removed. It was for a figurine, starting price 0.99, postage $325, even within India.

I looked at an item the other day..."BUY FROM US...not from the CHINA or JAPAN ids"...

looked at their feedback..."started xx-xx-xxxx in China"

lost the number...but what a scam...buyers think they are getting it locally if they don't know how to look behind the scenes.

There is a Chinese bidder with private feedback who has changed his registration from China to Texas.
He has filed 3 paypal complaints on me,so far I won 2,one is still pending.
He buys nice Chinese antiques ,received the items and then filed complaints as item not described or item not received.
The experienced seller who sells expensive items know how to handle scammers like him, such as no intl paypal, wiretransfer only.some said no intl bidder, but he changed his registration to Texas.
With private feedback and that we cannot leave neg or neutral ,nothing we can do with him.
I reported him to Paypal,Paypal is now watching him.

I have had 4 buyers from China (not expensive items), and all had private feedback. I asked to see the feedback before I accepted Paypal, and each one had perfect feedback apart from one who had one neutral. There has to be a reason that they are keeping their feedback private.

Private feedback is created when dealers come shopping for goods to resell in their shops and they dont want their customers or competitors to know where they find their goods.

The Chinese bidder who changed his registration from China to Texas is one of my customers - he's bought from me a few times. He did so because too many people wouldn't ship to him in China and I believe he has a warehouse in Texas. He's been a good customer - pays a decent amount for items he wants and pays quickly.

By the HwaHwa - when you ship to his warehouse - you need to put the item number on the outside of the package (which he didn't mention in his email with this purchase and I forgot to do it). It is basically a place that receives his items so they need the item number so he knows it was received.
