In case anyone missed it, eBay implemented the new policy of limiting the number of Identical Listings showing in search results to ONE per seller yesterday.

I asked if two postcard titles that were identical except the year would be considered as identical and the "pink" (member of ebay finding team) answered "No, they would not be identical".
ie: "Times Square New York City NY 1945 Postcard" and "Times Square New York City NY 1907 Postcard"

ebay just recently changed their policy of listing identical items from 10 to unlimited, so now they only let 1 show up in search results!

If someone does a search for just Times Square New York Postcard - without the year - do both of your postcards show up or only one because of the search term used?

I think the "identical item" rule only pertains to item titles. There also is a limit to the number of items shown from any one seller on a search results page (10) and that would be based on search terms.
