I had someone bid on an auction a couple of weeks ago, thought he was buying the toys pictured, but I stated clearly that it was a pattern. He said he was sending cash. He wrote last week to say he didn't know it was for a pattern, I guess he read the listing a week after the auction closed. I told him I would send an "agree not to complete the transaction". He keeps writing to say that he has had no form to fill in, and I can see no place on the dispute console to send it again. Does anyone know how to do it? His payment arrived today, I haven't opened it, when the thing is cleared up I hope I can return it to sender.

Would it show up in his dispute console? There is a link to it on our my ebay pages. Along the left hand side just before the related links box.

I thought it would, and I directed him there, but he can't seem to find it. I am not being rude, but he doesn't seem to be too with it. I think I am going to suggest taking out a couple of dollars for fees and postage, and see if he agrees to that, it might be easier for him.
