Error 10019: Inconsistent shipping parameters.
ShippingService is required if Insurance, SalesTax, or AutoPay is specified.
I have not specified any of the above.
I am not using sales manager pro.
I have not checked the immediate payment option.

I am not with Vendio but have you selected a shipping option? ebay now requires a shipping option on all listings.
If your still running into this error, please let us know the title so we can take a look for you.
Typically this error appears when you have listed an international shipping carrier but have no locations outside of the US selected in your 'ship to' details.
In that case you would need to either remove the international specific shipping carrier/cost, or edit your ship-to locations to show where outside of the US your willing to ship the item.
