I need to find an item I MAY have sold this year on ebay. I can't for the life of me find the lists of items that have been sold on a monthly basis. It must exist,I can find this months. If anyone knows how to do this I'd be grateful.

You can only go back so far...60-90 days is the limit. If you are just using MY EBAY, you can adjust the setting on the right side when viewing SOLD ITEMS (60 days). The other way is to use your FEEDBACK. Items can be viewed here up to 90 days back. If feedback was not left, you can "LEAVE FEEDBACK" and this will bring up the ones up to 90 days not left yet. Or scan through your feedback that was left, possibly by buyer ID. Now if you are using Vendio, you can search CLOSED auctions.

Thanks RH I was afraid of that. I didn't sell this year on ebay between May and November,so it would have been the first 3 months of the year. I am usually very good at keeping track of things.. but this missing necklace must have been sold,it slid through the cracks and was not deleated in inventory.... damn!I just went through all my show boxes to make sure I had not left it in a box... oh well.

You could try looking through your monthly ebay invoice (sent by ebay). You can view past months' invoices (going back more than a year) by clicking on My Account (on the left-hand side of the page) when you are logged into ebay and on your My eBay page. From there you can look through past invoices by month. I just checked and I could pull up invoices from 2007. The invoices include the auction title so if you know what title you would have used for the listing, you should be able to track it down and figure out if you sold the item or not.

I don't know of any easier method, but maybe this would be of some help.

Best of luck.

If you use Vendio to list you can see your past sales in "Post Sale" and they are searchable - I have 35187 sold items going back to 2002

If you took paypal, check your transaction history to find the ad #. Hopefully the listing still exists.
