I have a New Printer and I can not print the Paypal shipping Labels
They print just fine... just with the word SAMPLE in the middle of it ????
How can I get that off of there and just print the label ??
any help would be great.... Thank you
and it is printing the WHOLE Page of every thing... where before I got just the lable on 1/2 of the page and was able to take the other half and use it for the packing slip...

It says 'Sample' right in the middle, even when you aren't printing it as a test?
Im sure your already past this, but just to confirm you are definitely getting this 'sample' showing up on the actual postage your printing and not when just doing a test print correct?

Yes I am printing the actural Label and still getting the word SAMPLE in the middle of it.... ????
I did just go to the USPS site and uesed Click and ship and was able to print one there and it did not have the word sample on it
and it did not have the word sample for a print peek preview of it...
I have no idea here... I am at at loss.. and I have to get these printed so I can mail them ???
Had to happen now.. can't happen in june or july...

I found the fix.. and it worked....
I am now able to print labels

Fix for problem...
If you are unable to print anything but the SAMPLE label, there is a known problem with some of the newer HP printers and Internet Explorer. You can try this fix in Internet Explorer, go to File > HP Smart Web Printing and uncheck it. Another workaround is to use Firefox instead of IE.
