My neighbor left negative FB before she tried to resolve the problem and now want to remove it. The seller sent her a link but it didn't work. I tried the site map logged into her ID and under "Request Feedback Revision" we get the following message "None of your Feedback is eligible for revision."
Has anyone else tried to do this?

Never mind - the seller requested it and I just replied.
