Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems that Paypal changed the payment acceptance policies regarding International payments for all sellers, whether PowerSellers or not after 10/31. So, now I can ship beyond Canada, UK, and USA even without PowerSeller status. Is that correct?

No one can stop you from shipping anywhere,it is your choice .

Seller Protection to all International countries that Paypal accepts payment for. Before it was only for Power Sellers.

I am not a powerseller but I get seller protection months ago, dont ask me why?
But we have to ship with online trackable DC which I seldom do,so what good does it do?

During the summer I received a notice on my PowerSeller account that we had to opt in for Seller Protection on worldwide shipments (this of course meant you have to ship with tracking info, etc), but I never heard about the changes made for all ebay sellers on 10/31. I just found out about it when I was reviewing the Seller Protection Policies. I guess Paypal got an early start on not sending emails out notifying sellers of changes. lol.
