Just won an item, and here's what the seller put in his description:

I think a lot of long time sellers aren't even aware of the changes.

Maybe this is an old listing and he's just waiting for ebay to do the work for him and pull any that don't comply. Believe me the thought has crossed my mind as I sit here for hours looking for "money orders"

ebay makes money off his listings, so as long as no one reports him, ebay will continue to let him list items.
