On another listing I see where they say their dish isn't marked Fenton but they weren't marked prior to 1970.

Yes that is true - older Fenton isn't marked but collectors know it.
It could be Northwood or another glass maker.
Try looking at Wild Rose - that kind of looks like what you have. Looks like a few companies made Wild Rose.
