I sold 5 items to one person a week ago. I sent an invoice and 2 emails and they have not responded. I will be asking for fvf credit in a few days (I think is it 10 days). If they don't pay and then give me negatives can I get the negatives removed?

Thanks

Only if they do not respond to the NPB notice.

So, if they reply and say they are not paying because they changed their mind, they can neg me x5 and I am out my money and have the negs. That Stinks

Why worry about it? Negs will dissapear from feedback rating in a year...

I know but it irritates me that someone can be a deadbeat and I can't give them a negative but they can give them to me.

It's the new and constantly improved eBay.

I got an eBay message in my e-mail today saying that we can now request feedback removal.

You should check and see if you file one NPB a week on them if it that would count as 5 strikes against them. If so they would become a Non Registered User and the any negatives would go away. I know that it didn't use to count that way but with the new FB system maybe it does now. Worth checking.
This part of the NEW system really does stink. I have over $700 in non payers so for this month and I will have to file regardless of what the buyer does with FB.

If the invoice combined the items, I think it still counts as 1 - but worth a try - great idea. I used to have 1 nonpay every 3 - 6 months, now I'm up to at least 1 per week. They should lose feedback privileges if they don't pay - plain and simple. Make sure if they neg you that you add a reply to feedback stating they were a non paying bidder and at least attempt to have it removed. Sometimes they will, sometimes they wont.

For the moment she is no longer registered so don't know if my 5 counted or if she had 2 and I finished her off.

File your NPB and FVF's right away. Don't play games and file all of them and get it done with.
