I listed 3 widgets and meant to charge 3 FOR 75.00. Ebay charged 3 AT 75.00 = 225.00.
It was a BIN. I screwed up in the way I listed.
They buyer was a newbie and bid on them. She got a notice from EBay about the 225.00

She expects to pay 75.00 and if she did pay me 225.00 I wouldn't accept it. That isn't the way I do business and I have the feedback to prove it.

You could have given her a partial refund instead of refunding the whole thing.
One approach might be to do a mutual cancellation and relist it as a BIN and have her buy it and send new invoice.

Sorry - didn't read it right! You could do a partial refund or you could create a PayPal invoice with a HUGE discount for the difference between the two prices and have her pay from that. You will have to manually mark it "paid" on Ebay. Or you could do a mutual and relist with a BIN.

thanks neglus. The FVF on it alone was 22.50. Would rather do a mutual cancellation. Please tell me where to go to do that. TIA
