Please pay careful attention to your listings. Today I found that 2 of my auctions were listed in duplicate. I used Sales Manager Pro to upload the listings, and all were scheduled properly.
However, when I was notified by E-Bay that one of my listings had sold, I checked Vendio and found the item was still listed for sale. I refreshed the listings, and found another auction that was duplicated. I called E-Bay to report the problem and was able to end the 2 auctions and get credit for the listings. The agent at E-Bay was great. He looked into the listing times and apparently it is now a Vendio issue. When you only have one item to sell and suddenly there are duplicate listings, panic quickly sets in. Get in touch with E-Bay and Vendio as quick as you can dial your cell phone.
It is unfortunately easy to upload listings in duplicate with SMPRO, and we could check into the cause for these items for you if you can provide a few sample item numbers.
The easiest most common way that duplicates get submitted from SMPRO is when a synch/upload fails partway into the process, as if/when you click to upload it again - any items that already made it will then be uploaded in duplicate.
If you ever have a failed upload attempt, check your online pending section to see which items, if any, already made it and remove those from the batch prior to reuploading it.

Why not just edit them with a different product. At least then you get a chance at a sale with your listing fees and don't have to go through the BS of having to get eBay to issue a refund.
