Is it no longer possible to do this? I just tried to reimbuse overpayment of postage to a customer and only had one choice..... a full refund. anyone else experienced this?

That happened to me a couple of times. Have no idea why. I've been able to partially refund customers recently.

If they have used some sort of coupon (can't remember where they get them, someone will come along and let us know) you can only refund the total amount. Not sure why but that is what I have seen happen.
