In the foggy recesses of my mind, I recall that fluff once suggested that we enclose a postcard with our shipments, soliciting comments about the condition of the package, timeliness of delivery, etc.
The post must have been before my stroke, as I can not recall where that post is, nor what it was in reference to.

Sure, you make up a simple survey form.
Since I had four or five Dymo LabelWriters, I used the biggest labels they make -- around 2.25 x 4 inches, as I recall. I concocted a half-dozen questions and printed the survey on the labels. Then I stuck the labels to the back of those pre-paid postcards you buy at the post office.
Another smaller label on the front with my address, and voila!
I got an amazing number of them back, all filled out. People seemed jazzed to be asked what they'd prefer.
