When strting an auction through Ebay you can check a box saying you will give a certain % to a pre-approved Ebay charity. Then Ebay automatically takes this out of the final price. Is there a way to do this when strting an auction through Vendio? I havn't found it if there is. Thanks.

Not at this time unfortunately. You would need to list your charity items via the eBay SYI form.
