I get my PayPal fees from Sales Reports Plus, found in My FeeBay under Subscriptions.

Hopefully you have Sales Reports enabled. You have to turn it on. And if you don't look at your reports for (I think it is) six months they stop generating them.

In a pinch it's also possible to extrapolate a year's worth of fees by taking one month's data and figuring what percentage of your sales went to PayPal that month, then multiply by the yearly revenues. For example, my PayPal fees for Feb 09 were 5.5% of sales.
