I just listed this handbag. There are issues. However, it's an Andy Warhol cat handbag that was a sample bag. The word sample is inside in big black letters. I just got an offer of $50 for the bag. I'm not sure what to do. I can't find reference to this particular bag.
Anyone know anything about this bag? $50 is awfully tempting considering that there's wear to the bag.

The last time someone offered me $50.00 my item sold for over $500.00!! I wish I knew more about the bag so I could offer real advice, good luck, it is a cute bag!!

Yep...me too. Someone offered me $75.00 for an item and I got more than double on it.
I would just reply and say that you like to let an auction run its' course but they are welcome to bid on it and that they may just get a bargain.
Then keep your fingers crossed!

It's too late now. Thankfully! It was listed yesterday and is now at $33.00. I don't know why because I can't find this bag online. I can find the note cards,journals, prints, etc, but not the So Meow purse. I can't find any purses, just totes. But, then again, my search skills are not the greatest.

Perhaps the handbag is a designer sample presented to buyers, but never manufactured.

Never mfg - that could be the case since I cannot find another one. Most of what I find are totes or duffel bags. And to think, I picked it up and put it down. I went back an hour later and bought it.

I remember selling some Andy Warhol stuff many years ago,there were always some Andy fans who looked for Andy every night on Ebay.

off topic..
cblev65252 .. just looked at your auctions.. lookin good.. i wanted to ask if you are using a light tent to do your photo's? they are very sharp.
congrads on the bag.. not quite the hundreds of $$$ but better than $50..

I don't use a light tent. I cut the backgrounds out using MS PhotoDraw and then add my own background. I have a Lumix DMC FZ50 with 12x optical zoom. I think the MP is 10. Not sure anymore. I'm still learning the camera. It's much bigger than I actually wanted.
My next thing is a Hattie Carnegie pin I bought for next to nothing. I love street sales!
