Here is a jug from my recent purchase, and I am not sure if it is worth listing. It's about 5 1/2" tall, quite heavy, and as you see, it has raised pink flower decoration. Not sure what the flowers are, maybe wild roses. It is quite thick pottery and heavy.
Here is the mark on the bottom, it looks like a lower case z at the end. I know it's old, but that's all.

Check "USA" on eBay in category "pottery/glass". I just did and think your pitcher might be Desert Rose by Franciscan. I'll bet there are LOTS on this board who are more informed than me...good luck...it's a pretty pitcher!

No way it's Desert Rose. Go to the experts. eBay community board for pottery and glass. They've helped me out on several occasions.

Thanks so much Fluff, I was reading the markings wrong, I did realise it was oz. My jug is right there, Hull as you said. I appreciate your help.
