Newbie joined Ebay yesterday bids on an item with BIN. No feedback, of course. He talks about a tray and he bid on a cream pitcher. Here is his email

"Hello,

I'm the one who's got the successful bid of your merchandise.

How about the condition(cracks, hairlines, scratches, crazing) of plate?

Upon receiving a new invoice with the insured, I will make the payment immediately.

As you konw, a tray breaks easily, so i hope use plenty of wrapping wen you pack it.

When shipping, you pack the items with bubble wraps in between the items for protection.

I would appreciate it if you can package it so that it will not be damaged during the shipment.

Your reply would be appreciated.

I expect a good transaction with you. Have a nice day.

My address is as followed

2 to 1 he doesn't have a confirmed address with PayPal. Would like to get out of this sale. I think he is just fishing for my email to send me spam and has no intention of paying me.

We used to be able to see all his former User ID's but can't find that option.

What do you all think??

It seems like hyeran is a korean name,HYE RAN and there should be a surname to go along with it such as MOON PAK LEE where Lee will be the surname.
Why dont you ask him what is his full name?

You can tell he's not new to ebay so you could be right. There is no reason to start a new ID on ebay for a buyer any more.

I used to get annoyed with buyers who would send specific packing instructions, but then after seeing how some of my eBay purchases were sent, I can see why they felt that was necessary.

Of course, I also have a buyer who emailed that he has sent items back because they "weren't what he thought they would be" and told me the figure he came up with for the refund (like letting me keep the extra 1.08 makes up for this aggravation).

So he pays by PayPal and the email from PP says unconfirmed address and the P.O. says no such address.

I want to cancel this sale, but can't. Guess I have to wait 7 - 10 days and file a NPB and go thru that. I have blocked him.
