Has anyone every had any issues shipping to Brazil? I have a potential customer who wants to buy an inexpensive ring from me and have it shipped to Sao Paulo.

no problem so far.
If you ship USPS priority box (not envelope),they can track it on their postal website.

Be careful with what you ship to Brazil. It is illegal to ship used merchandise to Brazil and it can be refused by their customs

Brazil must be on the EBay radar now! We have shipped several times in the past 2 months and have another parcel going there today.
We have had sales in the past while to many Countries that we had never shipped to before.
On Customs forms for other Countries we put the description in English and also run that through Babelfish and put it in the 'local' language too. For Brasil we use Portuguese. We don't know if it makes a difference but we have had no problems at all with our Overseas shipments.
