Hello, you all are probably pros here, but I have tried everything but still can't get my item to be published on ebay. I have a valid token. I can see the item in ebay ready, but not ebay live.
Can anyone please walk me through this?

if you are a regular seller, ebay live wouldn't apply to you. it would only show up in regular ebay.

ebay live is used for auction houses, and cost significantly more. you have to register for that service, and likely also have to have certain licenses (I could be wrong) to conduct "live" auctions.

EBay Live is DEAD! I think they discontinued it last year. I don't think OP is writing about eBay Live - right?

Fostersale - if you are a new customer then I think you are probably using the new listing method launched earlier this year by Vendio but not available to existing users so most of us can't really help with your problem. Try asking your questions on the "Vendio Services" community board - they are regularly monitored by Vendio employees who are always willing to help.

What you are saying is that your item is not launching into ebay its ready but after clicking launch it doesn't get sent to ebay! I have the same problem. I don't know what to do very fustrating

Hello,

fostersale - it looks like you have since posted your item over to eBay - please let us know if you have any other questions getting your items launched.

jtorres81 - Your items are coming back from eBay with the following error message currently:
"It appears that you are offering money order as a payment method which is no longer permitted in the eBay marketplace. "

You will want to remove Money Orders and personal checks from either your item description or your payment profile prior to resubmitting those items.

You can view these items in their error state via the 'Channels' tab - just click the 'errors' link.
