I got a Paypal payment today, and this message was on it, there was a number and then "Please keep this number for future reference, as your customer doesn't have a PayPal Transaction ID for this payment"
I have never seen that before, and I am not sure what it means.

Customers can now use any major credit card to pay with PayPal. Your customer paid with a credit card and does not have a PayPal account.

As long as the transaction shows "Seller Eligible" on the transaction page, your order is covered by Seller Protection.

Thanks LtRay, I had no idea you could use a credit card without a Paypal account. Yes, it said "seller eligible"
