I got a REAL Google AdWords letter in the mail yesterday with a $100 coupon attached if anybody wants it.
I couldn't get my home address to come up on Google map so I created a *business* and put my location on it. I had relatives coming to visit and it was easier to send them to Google to get directions.

Promotionsl credit must be applied to a new AdWords account within 14 days of creating the account and is vaild only for new Google AdWords customers with self-managed sign-up accounts. Advertisers will be charged for advertising that exceeds the promotional credit.
Advertisers will need to suspend their ads if they do not wish to receive additional charges beyond the free credit amount. Advertisers with self-managed sign-up accounts are subject to a $5 activation fee that will be deducted from the promotional credit.
