Yep...I was reading that article this morning.
In my opinion they still can't get that one question right. It is the one where they ask if you would recommend the seller to your friends and colleagues.
In the 'physical' working world (ie" Bain & Co!!!! ) that would be a good question but in the cyber world it is not realistic.
I still maintain as I have since the Stars system started that the final question should be:-
Would you buy from this Seller again?
Better than that, they should just ditch the whole question thing and go back to Buyer/Seller feedback and re-instate Sellers being able to leave something other than a positive.
But even BETTER than that would be to eliminate Feedback totally and let the grown-ups, more commonly known as Buyers and Sellers handle transactions between themselves.
