I don't have "best offer" enabled on any of my listings. I'm used to getting best offer inquiries through ASQ but yesterday I got a formal best offer via eBay's Best Offer system. I declined the offer (20% of asking price) and blocked the buyer from bidding on any of my listings. Is this something we can no longer opt out of?

Why did you block the bidder?!? It was a formal offer. Plus they might make a higher offer, or buy at your listed price.

OMG Penny, you're right. I have no idea how one listing out of 10,000 slipped through. I was way too harsh on the bidder, although I consider 20% of asking price as an insult. Do you still have my phone #? If not, use ASQ. My mom will soon start preventative chemo therapy so our April time is up in the air but we would love to see you.

20% offers is why I don't use Best Offer either. I work shows and flea markets and a person making a 20% offer would get a good A&& chewing from me.
