Capolady - Neither does Marcia or most of the other sellers she screwed. Somehow she's able to bid and there's nothing eBay will do about it. Marcia tried to cancel the sale stating the buyer didn't abide by her TOS (no int'l sales), but the buyer said she still wanted it in her reply and then Marcia was stuck! I don't know if this buyer has a US address with eBay and then uses an Italy address or what. Marcia has all international blocked.

Cheryl, please share with Marsha that no one hasto ship international if they have their listings set up to block sales to other countries.
When dealing with this type of customer, you can immediately file for ebay fee refund and state "customer requested shipment to a country I do not ship to". It is one of the defaults when filing for a refund. Do not try and be nice and file a mutual agreement dispute or you will get stuck.
