Hi!
I'm fairly new at this(doing it since Nov. 09), but a I have question that just came up. It involves International bidders.....I do not ship internationally at this time and thought that it had already been squared away with eBay. After receiving a winning bid on an item from a buyer in Singapore, I found out differently. It seems that I need to post places that I do not ship every time I list an item on eBay! I guess it goes under buyer requirements.

The thing is, I cannot for the life of me find where I put this info in Vendio. Been trying to figure this out since 5am! Any help would be appreciated.

Also, if I changed all my auctions through eBay's revise system and then imported them to Vendio, would that work in importing the buyer requirements?
Thanks so much and I look forward to hearing from anyone soon!
Take care,
Rachel at Mabelmaesattic

Hi!
I went to My account and I cannot find eBay specifics. I only found billing, products and id info. I cannot find anything that says eBay specifics. Any help you can give me would be appreciated.

Hello Mabelmaesattic,

I just replied to your email message about this with the specifics. Please let us know should you have any questions. You are using the new version of our services, so the instructions are a bit different for your account.

Your last resort if all else fail is to charge a very high shipping fee say one million dollars to ship a used toaster or a used pair of tweezer!

Hello,

Please first be sure that the Shipping Profiles you are using in Vendio only have domestic shipping as an option. Then there is a preference you will need to change within your eBay account. From your eBay account, go to "My eBay" --> "Account" --> "Site Preferences" --> "Selling Preferences" --> "Buyer Requirements" --> click "Show" and "Edit" --> then select the "Block buyers whose primary shipping address is in a country I don't ship to" option and save your changes. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble with this.

Regards,
Nathan

Once you have your SYI (sell your item) form done correctly, you need to do two more things. Go to My ebay and click on Account

On the left you will see Site Preferences. Click on it.

Scroll down to Buyer requirements. Click on Show. Then click on edit.

Under Buyers in countries to which I don't ship, check the box for "Block buyers whose primary shipping address is in a country I don't ship to".

Lastly, sign into your PayPal account.

Click on Profile, then Selling Preferences, then Payment Receiving Preferences.

Block Payments for the items not sold on eBay from U.S. users who do not provide a confirmed address:
It's not important to you now, but select "Ask Me"

Block payments sent to me in a currency I do not hold:
Select Yes

Block accidental payments:
Select "Yes, block multiple payments per invoice ID"

Block payments from users who:
Check the box for "Have non-U.S. PayPal accounts"
