I listed 4 items on eBay today, and each time I was charged $1 for the picture package, which should be free. I had to keep editing before I could get rid of it.

I think it is free in some categories but not all.
But first picture is always free.

The categories I listed in it should be free. I had to keep editing and eventually it came up free.

Yes I do have a store. When I got to click on the last page of the SYI form, there was a message saying something like "Your fees have been changed, click on continue to accept". Only problem was, there was no "continue", and when I look at my fees, they were $1.05, so they were right, my fees had changed! I saw that others on the forums had the same problem, so it's not just me.

Amber, I had a problem with the FVF on a store item.

A new jacket sold for $64.99. As a store item, I should have been charged 8.75% of the first $50.00 and 4% of the remainder, but I was charged the "old" Fixed Price FVF of 12%.

Granted, this was a Fixed Price item that I had ended several days ago, but then re-listed directly from eBay as a Store item on March 30th when a buyer in India asked me to re-list (he bought the jacket on the 31st).

I'll give eBay a pass this time because it was a re-list of a former Fixed Price item as a Store Item, but I'll keep an eye on my future Store sales to make sure I'm not overcharged by eBay in regards to the Final Value Fees.

I had the same problem with the pictures not coming up FREE. If you have a store, ALL pictures, up to 12 are FREE now. Before it was just certain categories.
