I changed my email address. I went into both eBay and PayPal and changed it, but my payments are continuing to go to the old email address. It's terribly frustrating. Did I miss changing it somewhere else? I don't have to go into each listing and manually change it, do I?
This is a page that is difficult to find on eBay sometimes - but I would check here also to be sure they really do have your new address on file: PayPal address currently on file at eBay
There used to be a trick that to get eBay to pick up your 'new' email address - you had to list at least one auction directly from eBay (if you list from a third party normally) before they will remember the new one. Unfortunately simply going through the listing process to the point where you can see/edit the address usually isn't enough. Once you can create a new listing and get to where the address is listed and see the new one already there - you should be OK. (but still double check that above address)
