Just want to give a heads up on shipping discounts with UPS and Fed Ex. The discounts will only apply to the base rate. Discounts don't apply to surcharges such as fuel, home delivery, or oversize fees.

I shipped an item by Fed Ex and expected a 20% discount on my $88 shipping fee. What I got was a 20% discount on $27.xx for the base rate. Obviously, made a big difference.

I should add, these are discounts you get from UPS and Fed Ex... and isn't part of the eBay or online transaction.
