Sold an item last night, buyer in Florida pays immediately by Paypal. Item is to be shipped by Fed Ex Ground. They send me an email requesting I ship it to Massachusetts instead and give me two addresses, one of which is a PO Box. My listing does state I only ship to PP approved/confirmed addresses.
I guess what bugs me is that the buyer didn't ask ahead of time to ship it to an alternate address, I guess they assume that the cost of shipping it to Florida vs shipping it to Massachusetts is the same, particularly to a PO Box which means it would have to go USPS.
They also requested I don't ship it until the 17th. No biggie, but ask before bidding.

Ok, no biggie. He changed the address... problem with that though. He puts his physical street address and his po box address combined with his payment. I inquired if the PO Box was at the street address he gave. No. It is two different addresses. He just figured I would ship it to one or the other. Ugh! I have to refund his payment again and have him correct that. I hope he doesn't get frustrated, but this really isn't my fault. I have my terms stated in the listing, and Paypal makes meeting the seller protection policies difficult. Out of my control.

Last I heard, FedEx Ground won't ship to a PO box and required an actual physical street address. If your buyer game you a street address in addition to the PO box, that would be fine. But, I'd be concerned if the street address were different. I'd clarify the address before shipping.

The problem is more with Paypal's seller protection policy. Paypal requires I ship it to the address listed in the payment.
Problem is I can't include both addresses that came with the payment. If I ship it to the street address (excluding the PO Box addy) and he claims he never received it, Paypal will not cover it against fraud because I didn't include the PO Box part.
It is a bit weird that Paypal approves addresses that are incorrect.

why dont you email Paypal and ask them to take a look at his address?
May be Paypal seller protection applies to either or -either PO BOX or street address.
