Do you usually use the redirect to Vendio for eBay sales?
I believe that if you have your eBay account set up to redirect to a third party checkout it somehow makes it impossible to create a combined invoice through the eBay system.
At least I believe that was the reason I was given a few years back when I had the same problem.

Most likely that is the problem. Two of the three items are listed through Vendio. The third item is apparently not with Vendio.
Just my luck, thirty-one items listed at eBay and for some reason, one of them is not listed through Vendio.

Hello Bill,
If this is the only item that isn't in your Vendio account you could run an import to bring it in and then combine it, but if you already did the paypal invoice then I would probably just leave it be for now. (but for next time, if needed, you could import to bring it over and then combine here.)

you could just go directly to Paypal and create an invoice for all 3 items. It is quite easy to do. After signing in, just click "request money". After the redirect, you can choose "create invoice". done!

Hello Bill,
You would just run an import for all items, the system will only grab and import the listings that it doesn't already have in the system - it won't duplicate anything your already tracking.
