Anybody else having problems pulling up their photos in My Images? I cannot access my photo folder...and photos in my active Ebay listings are not showing up.
Everything was fine yesterday!

Same problem with me.
I was in the middle of uploading images, I walked away for a long time, and the images were still uploading when I returned! They should have been finished.
I checked the announcements, then I checked my listings on eBay......no images. Terrific.

Same problem here. It says my image folder is empty?! Actually I think it has over 1000 images. VENDIO WHERE ARE YOU THIS MORNING. WE NEED HELP!

Didn't Vendio just sell to someone else? I have several NO RESERVE AUCTION closing in less than 2 hours on no PICTURES!!!! This is not good.

I have about 25 auctions finishing up this evening - NONE have any photos. That basically means nothing will sell. Vendio HELP please.
This does not bode well for the new ownership of Vendio.....

Are you on the new or old platform. Currently, all my images are showing on eBay. They are on the old platform.

My images are back on eBay, I'm happy to report. Whatever the problem was, it seems to to have been corrected.

Kozersky - what do you mean by the "New platform" or the "old platform"? I'm not familiar with any change that would affect image hosting. Thanks.

The problem with images not appearing should now be corrected, and you should no longer be having trouble with this. Please let us know should you continue to have trouble. We apologize for the problems that this has caused.

There are two platforms - new and old. Those of us who have been with Vendio since the beginning, are on the old platform.
Vendio users who are playing with free stores, a $10 basic fee*, and no listing fees, are on the new platform.
I thought you were on the old platform. Did you change over?
Also, your stores look great.

I guess I'm on the old platform since I've been with Vendio since 1998! I guess I wasn't paying attention when they introduced a new platform. Thanks for the update!
