It's been long enough and it says I can close the case to get a FVF but the link doesn't work. I've tried several times to no avail.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Did you start the claim directly through eBay or through the Vendio Post Sale link?
If through Vendio, then eBay processes it on the old longer time frame.

I did it directly with ebay.
