So I was editing some photos in my Google account and it took me to Picnik? I had no idea that was new but it was pretty cool - looks a lot like Adobe Photoshop Elements.
But you don't have to use Picasa even, anybody can use it. It's free for the basic features but that's quite a bit. Check it out.

Google also has a program called Inkscape which is very similar to Adobe Illustrator. I have used it to create our new logos for our store among other things. It is slight cheaper than Adobe Illustrator... FREE!!!
