I don't know if anyone else has experienced this problem . It has been occurring ever since Ebay changed the format of the ads and added the gallery photos (one big gallery photo and if you use Ebay for photo host then the others beneath it). I use Vendio for my photo hosting so only my one gallery photo shows there. So many potential buyers think that is all there is and never scroll down to see the rest of my photos and my ad description. I get questions that are clearly answered in the description which they do not see at all! It happened again this morning a buyer wrote and asked for the part number which was in my ad which told me he had not scrolled down. If anyone else has had this problem and figured a work around for it, I would be grateful.

personally, i gave up on vendio image hosting for auctions. i can't justify paying for it when it is free on eBay. just one of my many reasons why i no longer really use vendio for auctions any longer. vendio didn't keep up with the changes ebay made to justify charging so much for the service.

I don't just do auctions but have an Ebay store with 800 items. Most of my ads have anywhere from 4 to 20 photos. Vendio is needed! Even if Ebay were to make all photos free it would be horrible on me to move them all.

I should add that I actually sell on Ebay Motors. Most of my items are used and many require a lot of photos from different angles to show them completly.I usually start items on auction and if not sold after two times they go into my store.Only two photos are free on auctions. With an Ebay store you can have up to 12 photos free but you are limited. Plus you have to use TurboLister which I have major problems with (long story).I just need a way to let buyers know to scroll down.

I would go with the simplest way first and see if it works. Type At the bottom of your gallery picture ....Please see other pictures in auction, scroll to see all picture ,more pictures at bottom....how ever you want to word it. If your like me you crop and better every picture anyways .Only takes a few more seconds to type something on the gallery pic. Hope this helps.

Have you tried listing them in your store?
Ebay has changed, store items get just as much visibility as auction items.

Toasted36, Good idea but it will take a lot of work to revise all of my store items.Yes I do cropped and edit my photos so I can add some text.I will definetly do it with my new items.
hwahwa,???? My ads in store are same as ads for auctions. It has nothing to do with visiblity in the searches. It has to do with the way the new format of Ebay ads is and how if you use ebay to host your photo you have the gallery image there at top with your other photos right below it that can be hovered over or clicked on. If you use your own host you only get the one gallery photo. This has caused confusion with some buyers. They think that is all there is and never scroll down past the tabs marked description and shipping and handling. Since all my photos and the actual description is below those tabs, they never see them. Not all potential buyers but enough of them to tell me there is a major problem.
