Hi, I've been away from selling for awhile and finally getting back to it. I've noticed that at the bottom of my new listings the Q&A box shows up.
I've always had that option checked NO in my site preferences in the past and the box didn't show up. I prefer to answer question through the ebay message system one-on-one and it has worked well.
After finding it now said YES as the option (which I didn't choose), I clicked the Edit button and changed it back to NO.
So much for that...it still shows.
Any suggestions?
