Any idea which I should use?

I googled Tianjin postal code and got 300000 - 309999.Do you think 300073 is the postal code? I know in Europe the name of the town is PRECEDED by the code - is it like that in the proper form in China?

Good Morning,

Arrived back from Las Vegas a few hours ago and am just catching up here!
Neglus, we had the exact same situation a week before we left. The address was in Shangai.

I sent a note to the Buyer and just told him that the EBay and PayPal addresses were a little confusing to me and would he mind sending me exactly how we should address his envelope in English so that it would reach him.
He repled immediately, we sent it and have now a nice feedback from him!

They are probably extended html ascii code of Chinese characters/words, which you should be able to ignore.
