We were away for a week...did I miss something?
When I try to access Traffic Reports from my 'Manage my Store' page, I am faced with a big warning from my Anti-Virus program that says that the Security Certificate on that webpage is not valid for that Company and recommend against going forward.
After trying a few times I thought I would just go ahead and see what happened.
What I got was an EBay page telling me that the page I was looking for had moved and to try accessing it from the Home Page!! Well of course it cannot be accessed from there.

I know that they are not totally accurate but they do give a little information that I find interesting.

Traffic Reports is a part of what I pay for in my monthly Fee for my Premium Store.
Tried to reach EBay several times today but they have 1.5 hours wait time on Live Chat!!

Help anyone please?

Sounds like you need to update your security token.

It is not referring to a Security Token but the Security Certificate of Omniture not being owned by that Site.
