If you miss out, I believe they'll come up with another listing promotion soon. It seems to be the only way to get people motivated enough to list.
I only put stuff on eBay that I can't sell on Amazon.

They still get their piece of flesh since you have to pay for additional pictures in many of the categories.Plus scheduling, BIN, etc.
Still a great deal for non store owners.
Store owners got no Christmas present this year from Ebay, only coal!! (no free or discounted listing day/ days)

you mean basic store listing fee is now 5 cents?
auction you have to start low and hope people will bid higher,with store it is buy it now.
I have done well with store fixed price,either my way or the highway !
