When I google the words in my eBay item titles, I can find my own items on non-eBay sites that seem to be made in China, with machine-translation English. Does anyone know what this is? Should we be worried?

I have found my items on some sites which recommend 'gift items' ,anyone who wants to buy the item will have to come to my site.
are you referring to sites based in China showcasing your items for sale?

I think the sites are based in China. The one I found yesterday was GorhamSterling dot com. What is the purpose of these sites? What's in it for them? Thanks in advance for all information.

Most likely they are affiliate sites. The affiliate site receives a percentage of the sale price - usually 3%. The commission is paid by eBay or the site where your item is listed.
The item is advertised on the affiliate site, sold on eBay, and the affiliate commission is paid to the affiliate site for directing the buyer to eBay.
eBay, Amazon, and many other sites offer affiliate commissions. The sites you mention are advertising the items to earn the affiliate commission.
