OT I just bought some dog food on sale at Target and when I got it home found a sticker tag with the scan no and then Purge June 2011.

Does this mean it should have been thrown out in June? Is it safe to use??

I'm sure it will be safe to use, unless your dog can read.

I think that means "pull from shelf." You're not far from that pull date, so I wouldn't hesitate to use it. ~Adele

Thanks all. I gave it to her yesterday and this morning and she loved it. It is some new for her. Purina Beneful with veggies and salmon and she gobbled it right up.
